We do not ask for names, emails, or phone numbers on the intake or removal forms. Abuse prevention uses a daily-rotated hash derived from connection metadata; raw IP addresses are not stored in the report tables. Turnstile may process a token for bot checks per Cloudflare’s terms. Individual parent reports are private and never exported. Removal requests store only type, school/row ids, timestamp, optional short sanitized reference, and an acknowledgement reference id — not requester PII.

Do not submit personal information about children or parents. Prefer the on-screen reference number instead of leaving an email.
