Use Report a problem on any published row for preset complaint reasons — listings hide immediately. Source rows are re-checked against the public page; aggregates wait for new independent reports. Reason “personal information” hides permanently.

For automated school-wide hide + 12-month submission block, privacy permanent hide of named rows, or court/government order (hide + site-wide legal pause), use Removal / legal request. You receive an on-screen reference number; we avoid collecting requester contact details.

If a contact email is configured, you may also write there (inbox only). There is no guaranteed response-time SLA. Unread formal summons / physical legal papers remain a residual risk — automation cannot open your mailbox for you.
